For years, I tried to survive by shutting down the very thing that made me who I am.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply sensitive.
Even as a child, I could feel things most people around me couldn’t fully explain.
Energy.
Emotion.
The unspoken things beneath the surface.But instead of feeling safe in that sensitivity…
I learned to suppress it.
Because feeling everything so deeply felt overwhelming.
So over time, I disconnected from myself.
From my body, intuition, emotions and the deepest parts of who I truly was.

And what I once thought I needed to hide… became one of my greatest gifts.
Over the years, I have supported women around the world through transformational containers, energy healing, guidance, and light language activations. And through guiding so many women, I began to notice the same pattern.
